Vinyl Selector/ DJ
With a record collection spanning over a decade and a deep love for ’70s funk, soul, and rare grooves, Mustafa has honed a style that seamlessly bridges timeless classics with modern-day tracks. His practice is rooted in history, storytelling, and preserving the archive embedded within the records.
Outside of vinyl dj’ing, Mustafa hosts one of the few vinyl listening experiences in the North-East/ New York City area called Cue the Record.

Founded in 2024, Cue the Record is a NYc-based organization rooted in the belief that music is living history. We dig into the stories, artists, and eras behind the records — then bring those worlds to life through immersive high-fidelity listening sessions, experiences, and carefully curated sounds. Our mission is to nurture spaces for people to gather, listen deeply, and connect through the power of analog sound.
